How WaOS collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when businesses and operators use the messaging workspace.

This page is provided as the public privacy notice for WaOS, the WhatsApp operations workspace operated by Aljamri Group through Skyhub Travel.

Scope

WaOS is a business messaging and operations workspace operated by Aljamri Group through Skyhub Travel. This privacy policy applies to visitors, customers, workspace users, and business contacts who use WaOS websites, dashboards, onboarding forms, support channels, or connected messaging channels.

When a business connects a WhatsApp Business Account or another communication channel to WaOS, message content, message metadata, contact details, assignments, tags, and operational activity may be processed inside the workspace so teams can manage customer conversations and service workflows.

Information We Collect

We may collect account and business details such as name, company, role, email address, phone number, billing and contract details, and support requests.

We may collect operational data such as connected channel identifiers, conversation content, attachments, message timestamps, routing history, agent actions, audit logs, security events, device and browser information, and system diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.

How We Use Information

We use personal data to provide the WaOS service, route and respond to business conversations, authenticate users, maintain account security, investigate misuse, provide support, meet legal obligations, improve reliability, and document operational performance.

We do not sell personal information. We limit access to authorized personnel and service providers who need the data to deliver the service or support legal, security, and compliance obligations.

Sharing

We may share data with infrastructure, security, analytics, payment, communications, and support providers acting on our instructions. If you use WhatsApp through Meta's Cloud API or related Meta products, Meta also processes data under its own terms and policies.

We may also disclose information when required to comply with law, protect users, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or abuse, or support a corporate transaction involving the service.

Retention And Rights

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain operational records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or security obligations. Retention periods may vary by workspace configuration, contract terms, and applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or export of your personal data. Privacy requests can be sent to aljamri@skyhubtravel.ae or through the support channel linked below. We target a response within 30 calendar days.
